shx Section
Purpose:
The shx section of the expert grid generator file controls whether or not size matching method is used for Struct Hex panels and optionally controlls the aspect ratio limits applied to panels with defined clustering in only one direction.

Description:
Line 1: Matching Flag
This line controls whether the structured hex size matching will be used or not.
0 – No matching.
1 – Use 1:1 Matching. This is the default value.
Line 2: Maximum allowed aspect ratio
This line controls the maximum aspect ratio allowed for structured panels where point distributions have been specified in one direction, but not the other. This is typically important for long narrow trailing edge panels.
The aspect ratio is a floating value >= 1.0. The default value is 20.
